(RETIRED) Dr. Talley graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Madison General Hospital and his residency at University of Michigan. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and specializes in Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He is a native of Evansville.
